OBJECTIONS TO THE DETERMINATION
- Petitioner submits that based upon the statement by Respondent, a meeting (or meetings) clearly occurred without public notice or participation, prior to the announcement of the approval of the final audit. Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Law, 65 Pa. C. S. §§ 701 – 716, requires agencies to deliberate and take official action on agency business in an open and public meeting where adequate notice of the meeting has been provided to the public. Petitioner asserts that such notice was not provided in this instance.
