Enclosed please find data and enclosures relating to pension payouts to former and elected Pennsylvania Attorney Generals, and former Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices who have retired or were involuntary separated after the Pay Raise.
On February 18, 2015, Rock the Capital (“RTC”) filed Right to Know (“RTK”) requests with the State Employees’ Retirement System (“SERS”). RTC verbally amended the request on February 19, 2015. SERS provided an interim response on February 25, 2015, and a final response on March 25, 2014.
Data relating to former Judge Joan Orie Melvin was provided by SERS on November 14, 2014 in a response to a RTK request made by RTC on November 10, 2014.
Data relating to former Justice Sandra Schultz-Newman was provided by SERS on January 8, 2013 in a response to a RTK request filed on December 31, 2012.
Data relating to former Attorney General Ernie Preate and former Justice Joan Orie Melvin was provided by SERS on April 9, 2015 in a response to a RTK request made by RTC on April 6, 2015.
