Judicial Conduct Board to Investigate Supreme Court Justice Michael Eakin in Penn Supreme Court Pornographic Email Scandal

Good government advocate Gene Stilp today released a letter from the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board which states that the Judicial Conduct Board has started an investigation of Justice Michael Eakin’s involvement with the pornographic email scandal that has completely undermined Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court.
